
OUR PROCESS
At Khulani, we believe in maintaining compliance, transparency, and ethical employment practices to support both our clients and our workforce. Our process is designed to prioritize legal standards, ensure worker well-being, and provide reliable, efficient labor solutions. By fostering trust, effective communication, and accountability, we create a partnership that benefits everyone involved.
Plan
The Client assess labour needs and specify worker requirements at least 4 weeks in advance.
Sign Agreement
The Client signs the Service Level Agreement with Khulani to secure workers.
Transport, inductions and hostels
Khulani organises transportation for workers and conduct an induction on the first day of work and checks hostels if relevant.
Manage and report
The Client and/or the Khulani Team Leader tracks attendance daily. Reports are submitted to the Khulani wages office weekly.
Payroll
Khulani processes payroll and provides the Client with a VAT invoice with supporting documents. The VAT invoice is payable upon receipt.
Payment and feedback
Khulani pays workers via EFT. Khulani handles all pay queries.

Compliance with Labour Requirements
Khulani is a registered employer with SARS and the Department of Labour. We adhere to all additional requirements as prescribed by Siza and Ethical Audits.
